I have recently completely gone through this bike. Goes down the road
straight and smooth. All the chrome was pretty crusty and rusty so it
has been sandblasted and powder coated black. Wheels were also pretty crusty and I have cleaned them up to the best of my ability. They are not perfect but are in pretty decent condition. I have an extensive list
of everything that has been replaced and or rebuilt. Engine has 26k
miles on it. Engine has a clatter coming from right side cylinder. Ran strong all summer but will need eventual rebuild. Also could use some fine tuning on the jetting.

I have clean NYS title in my name ready to go unlike many of these bikes. I don’t think we’ve ever had this many ‘yoofs’ in the GP paddock so let’s hope they can do the business and bring an end to our long drought of Grand Prix titles. And that could be soon as Scott Redding is already a hot favourite for the 2011 Moto 2 championship on his Marc VDS Suter machine.
AMA Supercross: 2012 San Diego Results
Mon, 13 Feb 2012Ryan Villopoto captured his second straight victory, winning the San Diego round of the 2012 AMA Supercross championship. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider now has three wins on the season, two more than anyone else, but his hold on the championship points lead has only increased to six points. Villopoto took the lead on the second lap of the main event after overtaking Brett Metcalfe of Yoshimura Suzuki who took the holeshot, with Villopoto‘s teammate Jake Weimer also in the lead group.
