NEEDS SOME TLC, MOTOR IS FREE BUT HASN'T BEEN RUN IN A FEW YEARS, NEEDS A BATTERY, TUNE UP, ETC.............IT WAS GONNA BE A PROJECT FOR ME AND MY BOYS BUT I JUST DONT HAVE TIME TO GET IT GOING NOW. PICKED IT UP FROM A FRIEND AND THE TITLE WAS LOST YEARS AGO BUT IT IS OUT OF THE DMV SYSTEM SO THERE ARE NO BACK CHARGES. SELLING IT WITH A BILL OF SALE AND LOOKING TO LET IT GO FOR ONLY 600.00 / obo OR MAYBE TRADE FOR A SMALLER BIKE. REALLY INTERESTED IN A 70'S YAMAHA MINI ENDURO OR NEWER PIT BIKE. Yamaha Reveals 2013 MotoGP Livery – Video
Fri, 22 Mar 2013Yamaha officially launched its 2013 MotoGP factory team, revealing the new livery for riders Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi and their YZR-M1 prototypes. The new livery returns to a predominantly blue design with white elements compared to last year’s design which was more predominantly white. The livery also features a modern interpretation of Yamaha‘s speed block design.
Yamaha Trademarks Design for Three-Cylinder Sport-Tourer
Mon, 11 Aug 2014Yamaha has registered a trademark for the design of a sport-touring model based on the FZ-09. Filed with European Union’s Office for Harminization in the Internal Market, the trademarked design reveals a brand new model sharing the same frame and engine as the FZ-09 (known in Europe as the MT-09.) Discuss this at our Yamaha FZ-09 Forum. The new model will likely be compete against motorcycles such as the Suzuki V-Strom 1000 and a rumored S1000RR-based model from BMW.

Of course, all riders know about the risks, whether they’re on a race track or on the street. Still it seems odd to hear Daytona Sportbike racer Cameron Beaubier broke his knee cap and injured his wrist crashing a 50cc scooter on the street.
