Selling a used 1972 Yamaha LS2 Street 100 motorcycle.  Photos give you a good idea of this condition of this bike. Nice shiny chrome and good paint. Starts easily with the kick start. Fresh synthetic oil in the oil injection. Good tires. EVERYTHING works. Seam seperation to the seat cover per the photo. Strong motor with the usual smoke screen  from the muffler when running down the road. VERY NICE condition considering its age. cCear title.

45,367 Motorcycle Thefts Reported in US in 2013

Americans reported 45,367 stolen motorcycles in 2013, down 1.5% from 2012, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau‘s latest Motorcycle Theft and Recovery Report. According to the NICB motorcycle thefts have been on the decline every year since 2007 when 65,678 motorcycles were reported stolen, though the overall trend appears to be leveling off. Japanese motorcycles continue to be the most popular target for thieves.

Unfortunately retirement seems to be popular right now so with major names leaving BSB, WSB and Moto GP things will never quite be the same.
