1968 Yamaha YCS-1, 180 Electric motorcycle. Completely restored in 1998. Needs the carbs cleaned out, new battery, and gas to run. I restored the bike just to take and show at motorcycle shows, as it is to small for me to ride. These bikes are very, very hard to find. Condition- It will need new tires (they are old), has one small dent on the RH gas tank chrome cover, the front fork tube covers have some dents in them, the chrome mufflers have some scratches in them, the front chrome fender has a deep scratches on the RH side front (see picture), some pitting on the chrome chain guard, the foam in the seat in dry rotted and is starting to flake off. I am selling it at below NAPA book price.

Yamaha Motor Canada announced a new variant of the 50cc Zuma scooter. New for 2014, the Yamaha Zuma X is based on the popular Zuma 50F but with some minor styling changes. The nomenclature is a bit curious.

2013 AMA Daytona 200 Race Report

Cameron Beaubier led a parade of Yamaha YZF-R6 racebikes to win the 72nd running of the famed Daytona 200. The Yamaha Extended Service Graves Yamaha rider started from pole position and led for 50 of 57 laps before winning by a 22.254-second margin. Behind Beaubier were four other R6 riders including his teammate Garret Gerloff who finished second.

2013 Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance World Championship Results

The Musashi HARC-Pro Honda team of Leon Haslam, Michael van der Mark and Takumi Takahashi captured the 2013 Suzuka 8 Hours race. The Musashi team was joined on the podium by the Yoshimura Suzuki team of Takuya Tsuda, Nobuatsu Aoki and Josh Brookes and the Kagayama Suzuki team of Yukio Kagayama, Noriyuki Haga and Kevin Schwantz. The Musashi team completed 214 laps to win the endurance race.
