Yamaha FZ description
Up for sale is my 2008 FZ6. It is in excellent condition and has 5k miles. I have installed several upgraded red accent parts: wheel tape oil filler cap trim on windshield tire valve caps Also installed is a tank pad and integrated tail brake/turn signal with a smoke colored lens as can be seen in the pictures. All of the original stock parts are also included, as are red hoses that I have not installed! I just changed the oil and filter for the second time since it was new. It is looks and rides like new - I get many great compliments when I am out and about! I am selling this only because I have upgraded to an FJR1300 to do some long tour riding. I will entertain best offers, but low balls will be ignored. Test rides will only be granted to those with M endorsement and cash in hand. This motorcycle is fast, nearly perfect and with good tread left on the tires! It will not last long. Get it now to be able to still ride before this season ends! I have the clear IN title in hand too. I also have a red expandable tank bag and a nearly new Sparx S-07 helmet with clear and brand new smoked lens available for only an additional $100 for both! (see picture) $4,250.00 317-409-7558

2023 Yamaha Tracer 9 GT+ Review – First Ride
Thu, 18 May 2023Yamaha’s sports tourer middleweight receives an influx of technology for 2023 Astute readers are probably wondering why Motorcycle.com is publishing a First Ride of a bike that’s not coming to the States this model year. Our reasoning is that, thanks to the sleuthing of Dennis Chung, we suspect the Yamaha Tracer 9 GT+ will be coming to the U.S. in 2024.

Simon and Leo
Thu, 11 Aug 2011If you are a track day regular this year, you may well have bumped into former racer and friendly Kiwi, Simon Crafar. I first met him in Malaysia in 1990 when he was riding for a Yamaha dealer team, sweating his way round circuits like Shah Alam and Johor Bahru but with a long term plan to make it onto the World scene. And he didn’t take long as after riding for Honda in the UK in 1992 he moved to WSB in 1994 and enjoyed success with both the Honda and Kawasaki factory teams.
