I am selling my 1995 Yamaha FZR 600 Turbo. It's been a blast to ride since owning it, but now I'd have to sell it as I have too many toys and I need the space on my garage.When I 1st bought it about two years ago, it was pretty much parts and pieces. I built it back up and got it running good. This bike has never been wrecked nor layed down.Not perfect but its clean, runs and drives. Definitely 1 of a kind bike.The Good:*Rides and Shifts Good*CMC Custom Rims*Custom Paint Scheme*Re-upholstered seats to match paint scheme*Walbro Fuel Pump*Mallory Fuel Pressure Regulator*DSM EVOIII T3 Turbo*Oil Scavenging Pump Turbo cooler/lubricationThe Bad:*Been sitting for a while so carbs need to be cleaned good and tuned to run great (I can still get it started though, but its hard)*Kinda dirty - needs to be washed.*Front Right Fork is leaking - I would say that the forks will need to get refreshed/rebuilt (new fork seals and fork oil) - before you decide to ride it around*Has a little scratch on the right side fairing from it tipping over at my driveway. Lorenzo Crashes in Practice Again; This Time He’ll Skip the Race
Fri, 12 Jul 2013Reigning MotoGP champion Jorge Lorenzo has suffered another high-speed crash during free practice ahead of the German Grand Prix at Sachsenring. Lorenzo had a similar crash during practice in the previous round at Assen, but still lined up on the grid to race, finishing fifth despite breaking his collarbone in three places in the accident. This time, however, the Yamaha rider decided to withdraw from the race.

The Yamaha - built by the extraordinary Kel Carruthers - that Hailwood is riding in the clip featured a unique frame with the camera housed within. The voice-over recording provided by Hailwood was done by taping a small mic to the bottom of his lip so he could dictate his guide to the 37.73 mile route.
2013 Dakar Rally Results
Mon, 21 Jan 2013Cyril Despres won his fifth career Dakar Rally while helping KTM win for the 12th consecutive time, in taking the motorcycle class in the 2013 edition of the famed off-road race. KTM was again the dominant manufacturer with the top five finishers in the motorcycle class riding motorcycles from the Austrian manufacturer. Despres finished with an overall time of 43:24:22 for the win, including a 15-minute penalty for swapping an engine after the one he was using in his KTM 450 Rallye failed.
