About us: HEINEN's started in 1899 by John Heinen (yes 113+ years ago!) as a farm implement store. Slowly turning to motorsports in the late 60's as a fun way to excape farming. In the 90's, the twincities metro over took our little farm town and turned us into a large suburb just 10 miles northwest of Minneapolis.  Proudly owned and operated by the great grandson of John Heinen!

Specifications:

This supersport touring bike, boasts standard ABS and adjustable ergonomics—that widens the gap between it and common sport tourers more than ever. Deep, smooth power that sends you down the road like a flat rock skimming a smooth lake, it features a perfectly turned chassis that bends gracefully into corners and powerful brakes with advanced ABS that bring you to a confident stop in all kinds of weather. And with features like heated grips, adjustable windscreen and much more, there's nothing more you could ever want or need.

Yamaha Patents Tricity Variant Design

Thu, 21 Aug 2014

Yamaha has patented the design for a new variant to its Tricity leaning three-wheeled scooter featuring a broader fairing resembling the TMax. Yamaha has previously announced it would introduce more leaning multi-wheeled vehicles, and this newly patented design may be the next one to go into production. The new design is heavily-based on the original Tricity.

What Has James Stewart Been Up To? [video]

Wed, 15 Dec 2010

The last time we checked up on James Stewart, he wasn’t having a good year. First, there was the season-ending injury in the second round of the 2010 AMA Supercross campaign, an ill-advised comeback at the Unadilla National, and then a much-panned open letter after getting left off Team USA for the Motocross of Nations. In all, Stewart took part in just three races in 2010.

Yamaha Trademarks Design for Three-Cylinder Sport-Tourer

Mon, 11 Aug 2014

Yamaha has registered a trademark for the design of a sport-touring model based on the FZ-09. Filed with European Union’s Office for Harminization in the Internal Market, the trademarked design reveals a brand new model sharing the same frame and engine as the FZ-09 (known in Europe as the MT-09.) Discuss this at our Yamaha FZ-09 Forum. The new model will likely be compete against motorcycles such as the Suzuki V-Strom 1000 and a rumored S1000RR-based model from BMW.
