A light-and-rigid aluminum frame, sportbike running gear and standard hard sidebags go beautifully together. Pushbutton adjustable windscreen and a thick comfy seat for two are perfect for comfortable, long-distance riding. The world s first supersport touring bike boasts standard ABS and adjustable ergonomics that widen the gap between it and common sport tourers to a gaping chasm. Advanced air management system and adjustable bodywork keep the FJR rider looking and feeling cool. Instrument panel contains an electronic analog speedometer and tachometer LCD digital odometer, dual tripmeters, gear position indicator, fuel, coolant and air temperature gauges, and clock lights for neutral, high beam, turn signals, low oil and engine warnings as well as real-time mileage, average mileage and air temperature. Adjustable ergonomics: the seat can be adjusted up or down by nearly an inch, and handlebar pullback angle is three-position adjustable over a half-inch range. Standard equipment Unified Braking System w/ABS: The front brake lever activates six of the eight front braking pistons the rear brake pedal activates two rear pistons and the other two front pistons provides balanced anti-lock braking in all conditions. Jorge Lorenzo posted this picture on his Twitter feed on Sunday. Yamaha's No.1 rider had to watch Sunday's MotoGP from his apartment. Despite Crutchlow reckoning Sunday's race result would have been the same even with Pedrosa and Lorenzo on the grid, I reckon Lorenzo would have had something to say about that.

Yamaha has introduced a new 1304cc bagger to its Star Motorcycles lineup. The new 2013 Star V-Star 1300 Deluxe comes with hard luggage, batwing fairing and audio and navigation system but at a impressively low $13,690 price. Powering the Deluxe is the same 80 ci liquid-cooled V-Twin engine with computer-controlled twin-barrel fuel injection used in the base V-Star 1300 and V-Star Tourer.

Yard Built XV950 Pure Sports Channels the Yamaha FZ750

The latest product Yamaha Motor Europe’s Yard Built custom specials is a Star Bolt transformed into a replica of an FZ750. Dubbed the XV950 Pure Sports after the words written on the original FZ750′s fairing, the project was produced by Italy’s LowRide magazine and Radikal Chopper and styling by Oberdan Bezzi. The Star Bolt – known in Europe as the XV950 – is nearly unrecognizable in this new guise, except for its 942cc V-Twin engine.
