2005 Yamaha FJR 1300 Sport/Touring Motorcycle This motorcycle has very low miles, garage kept with many extras. It has professionally installed Delkevic performance mufflers, the baffles are removable if you like louder pipes (I have the original Yamaha mufflers included as well). It has cruise control throttle for long distant rides, 1 1/2 inch handle bar riser for more comfort, an upgraded windshield that is about 2 inches higher than the factory windshield which provides more wind or rain protection while riding on the highway, a removable rear trunk with key, a custom Corbin seat with removable backrest and of course the removable side hard cases with nylon carrier insert bags for carrying your items! This is an adult driven motorcycle that rides perfect, everything works, no issues, no leaks, never down. I hate to let it go but I'm getting a new one, so this one needs a new home! This is a No Reserve Auction! The buyer must be responsible with shipping and handling but I will assist the shipping company when they come to pick it up. Tue, 01 May 2012I'm partial to a bit of origami and have been frustratingly screwing up paper trying to master Yamaha's paper craft series for a while now. Jack Chen from Australia has not only made a mockery of my model making failures, but he also made this version which is 40% smaller than a full-size Yamaha YZF-R1, out of cardboard.

Mon, 22 Sep 2014Following the success of its MT platform, Yamaha says it will continue to develop new models based on shared platforms, allowing for a choice of multiple models while reducing overall costs. Speaking in a presentation on the company’s business operation, Yamaha Motor President Hiroyuki Yanagi reiterated the strategy of developing multiple models sharing the same engine and frame. Honda has followed a similar strategy with its NC models, seeing the platform evolve to include the CTX700 and NM4.
Yamaha FZ-07 Available Stateside In July
Thu, 05 Jun 2014Hot on the heels of the stellar FZ-09 comes its smaller displacement counterpart, the FZ-07. Priced at $6990, the new twin-cylinder FZ is set to hit dealer showroom floors this July as a 2015 model. Already available in foreign markets (our Canadian correspondent, Costa Mouzouris, reviewed the FZ-07 here) we’ve been awaiting word from Yamaha of US-bound FZ-07s with bated breath.
