Yamaha YZF description

2011 Yamaha YZ450F SuperMoto.  We got this bike on a trade in and I personally decided to turn it into a street legal Supermotard. The Bike is Currently all set up to be street legal and I have been riding it with dealer Plates, However I never got the chance to send in for a street title.  This is do-able by first buying the bike, Transferring it into your name in a dirt title, then having the bike inspected, and sending it to the state.  We have done this with several other bikes, howver I have run out of time and need the money for a down payment on a house.  On to the details.  Started as a 2011 Yamaha Yz450F Motocross Bike. (It could very easily be converted back into a mx bike with very little work.) Speedtech Speedometer with water temp and RPM. Fly Racing Handle Bars  with Supermoto style hand guards. Carbon Fiber Chain Guard and Carbon Fiber Frame Guards. Custom Rear Chain Guard off a DRZ 400. Brand New Supermoto wheels with New tires. Complete new plastic kit with graphics. Custom Exhaust and Custom Built Battery Box. All lights are fully functional. Turn Signals/Horn/ High Beam/ Low Beams/ And Brake Lights off Both front and rear brakes work. Universal Switch on Handlebar to control all the functions.  Battery tucked up under where ( Loop in exhaust used to be)  Bike is currently geared for the street and with reach 90+ MPH while getting 40MPG.  There are many little ad ons im missing and you can call me at 717-383-5318 with any questions. Keep In Mind these bikes retail for $4500-5000 without any street parts. There is a couple thousand worth on this bike and many hours labor.

Yamaha Unveils 2012 MotoGP Livery – Massive Gallery and Video

Thu, 22 Mar 2012

Yamaha has pulled the covers off the 2012 edition of its YZR-M1, the machines which racers Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies will ride to compete in the 2012 MotoGP World Championship. While last year’s M1 was predominantly blue, the new 1000cc version of the M1 sports more white paint with wide bands of Yamaha blue on the front fairing and along the side, flowing along the line of the seat. Like most MotoGP squads, Yamaha doesn’t want to be too specific about its MotoGP bike’s potential, estimating the power output from the crossplane crankshaft engine at over 240 hp.
