Yamaha YZF-R description

2010 Yamaha YZF-R1 LE, MOTOGP TECHNOLOGY. WITH LOOKS TO MATCH.The new YZF-R1 LE not only gives you much of Valentino Rossi's championship technology, but also his championship look and style. The R1 is the first ever production motocycle with a crossplane crankshaft. The result? Outrageous torque and raw, high-rpm power providing incredibly smooth power delivery out of the corners. While the bold Fiat Yamaha team graphics provide incredibly smooth style.

In September, Japan’s largest industrial information journal Nikkei Business Daily reported that both Honda and Yamaha have set target dates for launching their own electric-powered motorcycles.
