Yamaha YZF-R description

Please read the entire description below completely before bidding and/or asking questions.

This will be the last time I list this bike. I do not have to sell it so and I do not plan on giving it away. BUT, I will consider reasonable offers below my list price. This is a great bike, if it don't sell I will be more than happy to keep it!

If you want to make an offer - Do not send a message, use the make offer feature of the add. If you plan to send a lowball offer don't offer an explanation of why the bike isn't worth what I am asking. Obviously it is or you would not be interested and wouldn't be offering money for the bike.

This is a professionally built bike by a professional bike builder. It was built with attention to detail with high quality parts. It is not some bike that your buddy built in his garage down the street from you (Unless your buddy is Nick A). I do not have any of the original parts and only have one key.

The bike has less than 1000 miles on it. It was part of my 13 or so bikes and was ridden from time to time through the mountains of Tennessee or around Dayton or Indy. It handles and rides better than a stock R1. It has no mirrors - it has an LCD display with a rear-view camera that has a crystal clear view of the area to the rear of the bike. Much better than seeing your elbows in the stock mirrors. The single-sided-swingarm functions just the same as it does on a Ducati or MV Agusta. It has new Michelin Power Pure Street tires and fresh royal purple oil and K&N oil filter.

This bike was built by Nick Anglada Originals for Yamaha to be featured in the 2009 MotoGP Boz Bros Yamaha Bike show at the MotoGP races in 2009. It was also shown last year at the 2012 Indy MotoGP in the Suberbike Custom Bike show and was featured in the European Superbike magazine when originally built. After I got it from Nick last year, I performed suspension adjustments, gearing changes, turn signal install and street tires. It runs incredible and handles really well! It has a lot of power and the Quick shifter is awesome. I am looking to sell to reduce my collection. I have sold seven of my bikes in the last four months. I have recently moved to LA and do not have the room to keep all the bikes and the roads down here suck compared to the mountains of TN. If you have some guns you want to put in on the deal let me know!!

I can help with delivery and can deliver reasonable distances for a fair price with an enclosed trailer using a Strapless Transport Stand (www.STStands.com)

The bike has over $20,000 of extras on this bike!! (I have included the rough cost for each):

Motogpnews.com. A blatant but worthwhile plug

This story was published by our friends on motogpnews.com. It's not supposed to be serious: Fiat Yamaha application form Now you can take Rossi's space The expected departure of Vale46 ™ "Fack"© Rossi from the Fiat Yamaha team at the end of the season leaves a dwarf star sized hole in the motogp stratosphere. Popular opinion places Ben Spies firmly in the saddle of the ex-yellow liveried M1, but MGPN can exclusively revel that Yamaha big bosses are worried that Ben doesn't possess the necessary character traits to step up into the role.
