Yamaha YZF-R description
Hello and thanks for looking. Up for sale is my 2012 Yamaha R6. I bought it brand new at cycle Plaza here in Corpus Christi, Texas with 0.0 miles on the odometer. As soon as I bought it I started adding things to the bike, and had everything installed professionally at Cycle Plaza. Everything on the bike is in good taste and it turns heads and gets compliments all the time. The bike has an LED smoked taillight with built in turn signals (allows you to eliminate that bulky rear fender it comes with). I had a custom lisence plate bracket made with 2 LEDs that illuminate the plate at night. Both rims have red reflective rim tape that adds a nice red glow when light hits them. The turn signals on the side of the bike were replaced with flush mount turn signals to clean up the look of the bike. The sides of the bike are protected by Lightning Frame rail protectors. The headlights were shipped to a company called BKmoto which did an awesome job customizing my headlights. They now have angel eye/demon eye, projectors with Bixenon HID (high and low beam). There are 2 switches on the bike that allow you to toggle the HID's on/off or the angel eyes On/off. These headlights also convert the lights to both come on instead of one light coming on. The HID's have a perfect cut off line and are very bright. You will be seen day or night. The bike has some performance mods as well. It has the two brothers full exhaust (header, no cat, and carbon fiber muffler) Looks and sounds SICK. K&N air filter and power commander as well. Like I said I had everything installed at cycle plaza and they did the tune for the power commander. Bike runs flawless, no issues what so ever. Its basically a brand new R6 with everything you would want to do to it for less $$ I bought this bike at MSRP and with TTL, mods, installation I spent over 16K I was still a very new rider when I bought this bike and never learned to ride it the way they are built to ride. I never layed it over or had any accidents. clean clear title in hand. The point in mentioning that I was a new rider is that they bike wasn't pushed to the limit. It wasn't driven in the rain and was garage kept. I including all the factory parts with the purchase since I wont need them. If my price is met I will include an HJC helmet, riding gloves, and my Yamaha jacket that I bought that matches the bike, another several hundred dollars worth of stuff. Reason for selling is cause I don't ride it as much as I would like and want to use this money to buy a new truck. My loss is your gain. I have receipts totaling over 3k in parts and labor. I will not accept any kind of trades or payment plans. Thank you for looking.
