2005 Yamaha YZF-R6, This 2005 Yamaha YZF-R6 is a parts only bike. The frame and body have 11,709 miles and appears to be in decent shape. The motor however, is not operable and we do not know what caused the motor failure. The front fairing, tank and rear tail are O.E.M. Yamaha body work. The side fairings seem to be painted flat black and are missing the lower bolts to secure to frame. This bike is being sold as is, with no warranty or service work completed. This would be a perfect project bike or could be turned into a stunter. The possibilities are endless! Only owning perforated summer gloves is also far from ideal. This is the situation I found myself in and seeing as everything in Italy costs a million Euros, I wasn’t prepared to spend a fortune on a set of discontinued Oxford heated grips from the local motocross shop. A very pretty girl called Fanny at Chitrrai Yamaha, near Perugia, showed me the winter glove options.
