2005 Yamaha Yzf-R1 , I'm selling my 2005 R1, it has 16,500 miles and has a recent tune up as of Oct 10th. This bike is not for beginners. I had this bike dyno tuned by Brian Livengood with Livengood Motorsports in Lawrenceville, and is putting down 158.04hp and 77.32 ft/lb torque to the rear wheel. Modifications include driven adjustable clip- ons, driven grips, psr gas cap, sato racing oil cap, factory pro billet velocity stacks, k&n air filter, power commander 5, 17/47 driven sprockets with EK chain, vortex adjustable rear sets, galfer stainless brake lines f&r, bremo monoblock calipers with brembo 5mm x 320mm full floating rotors, Dan moto cat eliminator with carbon fiber cans, gpr damper, tech spec tank grips, Yamaha smog block off plates, crg roll-a-click shorty levers, integrated signals f&r, AP manual cam chain tensioner, cox racing radiator shield, Michelin pilot power 3 tires f&r with around 1000 miles, carbon fiber body panels include, front fairing, belly fairing, front tank fairing, tank protector, solo seat cowl. Meticulously maintained with mobile 1 oil changed every 3000 miles, NGK spark plugs every 6000 miles, coolant flushed every 6 months and filed with Engine Ice coolant, k&n air filter cleaned and re-oiled every 6000 miles, and brake fluid flushed twice a year. AMA Superbike: 2012 Daytona Results

Josh Hayes and Blake Young picked things up where they left off by trading wins at the 2012 season-opening AMA Superbike round at Daytona International Speedway. Reigning champion Hayes of Monster Energy Graves Yamaha took the first race handily, leading almost right from the start of the 15-lap race for the win. Yoshimura Suzuki’s Young, who finished second to Hayes in the 2011 AMA Superbike Championship, responded by taking the second race, but only by a slim 0.002-second margin.

Ex-racer Ben Bostrum might have stopped competing on motorcycles, but he hasn't given up his passion for two wheels. He's teamed up with motorsports promoter M1 to create Ben Bostrom Events, a company that plans to host world-class cycling and running races across the US. According to a press release, the high-intensity events will feature an 'entertainment-filled atmosphere', combining many of the familiar elements found at other MOB (mud, obstacles, beer) racing events.
