Wed, 28 Jul 2010Whenever the calendar shifts to a major Japanese race, such as the Suzuka 8hr, one of the more amusing things to do is glance down the team sheet This years highlight for me has to be team Moto Bum, with other stand outs including aprilia D.D.BOYS, Team Etching Factory Yamaha and MITO MOTO & e'freaks Honda. Looking back through the ages some of the great Japanese team names have been Burning Blood Racing Team, Dog Fight Racing and Team Moto Space amongst others. Intermot 2012: 2013 Yamaha FZ8 Announced
Tue, 02 Oct 2012Along with the announcement of the updated 2013 FJR1300A, Yamaha also announced that its naked middleweight roadster, the FZ8, has received a handful of updates for 2013. Key among the modest improvements is revised EFI programming for smoother, snappier throttle response, and front suspension is now full adjustability. The fork has new preload and rebound adjustments atop the fork legs, while a new compression damping adjuster is located at the bottom of the fork.

Tue, 05 Jul 2011Fans of “King” Kenny Roberts will be in for a treat as the three-time World Champion will ride not once, not twice but three times at Laguna Seca during the 2011 U.S. Grand Prix, July 22-24. As previously announced, Roberts would join Eddie Lawson and about 200 fans in riding parade laps of the Monterrey, Calif., circuit on the Friday, July 22.
