2008 Yamaha Yz250f , I have a super clean 2008 Yamaha YZ250F for sale. It has been very well maintained as long as I have had it. The bike is pretty much bone stock (see pics). - Oil changed after every other ride with semi-syn Bel Ray race blend - Air filter cleaned after every ride - Forks rebuilt last week - New bearings in front/rear hubs and steering head (2 months ago) - Valve clearances checked every two weeks - Newer tires: Geomax Intermediate (1 month old) - Newer clutch (3 months old) - New graphics (3 weeks old) - Newer chain and sprockets (1 month old) - Yamaha/ Pro Taper bars - Stainless steel mesh permanent (re-useable) oil filter - Works Connection skid plate, radiator braces and water pump guard - Carburetor rebuilt with new jets, gaskets, etc. (2 months ago) $3,000.00 9163904988

Ben Spies Signs Contract Extension with Yamaha

Yamaha has signed Ben Spies to a one-year contract extension to continue racing on its MotoGP factory team in 2012. The extension comes after Spies, currently seventh in the Championship standings, recorded his first podium finish of the 2011 season, a third place result at Catalunya. Spies earned two other podium finishes in 2010 in his Rookie of the Year winning debut in the class with the Tech 3 satellite team.

Yamaha’s Dennis McNeal Named Chair of Motorcycle Industry Council

The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) has named Dennis McNeal as the new chair of its board of directors. McNeal, the vice president of motorcycle operations for Yamaha Motor Corp. U.S.A., will take over the chairman position from Mark Blackwell, the retiring vice president of Polaris Industries.
