Hi craigslist i am selling my 2001 Yamaha yz 125 for $1500 negotiable . I have had the bike for over 5 yrs and rebuilt it three times including last week. The bike has almost and hour on the new motor which replaced the crankshaft/assembly, all seals, head bolts, piston/rings. This year i recently had the cylinder sent out to get re plated so the bike has lots of life left.Also never raced just kept these plastics on because the monster graphics and color.Selling because i want to buy a four stroke in the future, great bike for someone still into the 2 strokes.no rust,no leaks, all fluids just done Septemeber 15th, wheelies in gears 1-6 BIKE RUNS AMAZING SEE FOR YOURSELF! plenty extra parts/plasticscall/text Joe if interested. I first met him in Malaysia in 1990 when he was riding for a Yamaha dealer team, sweating his way round circuits like Shah Alam and Johor Bahru but with a long term plan to make it onto the World scene. And he didn’t take long as after riding for Honda in the UK in 1992 he moved to WSB in 1994 and enjoyed success with both the Honda and Kawasaki factory teams.

2013 AMA Superbike Daytona Race Report
Mon, 18 Mar 2013The story leading up to the opening round of the 2013 AMA Pro National Guard Superbike season was whether anyone would be able to keep up with defending champion Josh Hayes. After all, the Monster Energy Graves Yamaha rider dominated the competition last season winning 16 of 20 races including a string of 10 in a row. The season-opening round at Daytona International Speedway appeared to start on script with Hayes qualifying in pole position.
