This bike was restored and rebuilt down to the bare frame. It has less then 30 minutes of run time on it since it's restoration. The engine was gone through with all new gaskets. It has a fresh top end with new piston and rings. The exhaust pipe is original with no dings or dents. Original seat with no rips or tears. New Gas Tank All new plastics with OEM style graphics All new OEM cables New gold chain All the bearings and linkages have been rebuilt and regreased. Rumor Mill: Yamaha To Make R400 and R650
Thu, 25 Jul 2013Yamaha is set to put into production two new sporty bikes — the R400 and R650 — according to “Young Machine” a Japanese motorcycle magazine. If true, this would fill a huge void in the manufacturer’s beginner sportbike bike lineup. It would make sense, considering the success of Suzuki’s SV650 (which later morphed into the Gladius and is now the SFV650), Kawasaki’s Ninja 650 (ER-6 in other markets), and even Honda’s CBR500R.
Runaway Bus Crashes Into Russian Yamaha Dealership
