Yamaha XT description

1995 Yamaha XT225 Sports Bike Motor Cycle -- On/Off RoadI have 2 sports bikes for sale. Will sell separately at $2400 each or both for $4500. I purchased these bikes new in 2005 for myself and my son and taught him to dirt bike. These are in great/perfect condition with very little miles (one has 1300mis and the other has 1500 mis on it). I have installed a new $95 battery in each and have completely rebuilt the gas system from tank to carburetor. Both bikes run perfect and there is nothing wrong with them. Everything works. Yamaha Champions Riding School Garage Sale This Weekend

Tue, 03 Dec 2013

As a former student, and later instructor, at the Yamaha Champions Riding School, it pained me to learn that the program has ceased operation. However, the school’s loss could be your gain, as Miller Motorsports Park will be holding a garage sale this weekend to move many of the assets from the school — yes, that includes motorcycles. The sale will be held this Saturday, December 7, in Team Garage 1004 at Miller Motorsports Park.

Yamaha Teams Going Retro For Anaheim 2

Thu, 16 Jan 2014

In preparation for Anaheim 2, round 3 of the AMA Supercross championship, a few Yamaha teams are embracing the past for team colors. The CycleTrader.com Rock River Yamaha team is going back to Yamaha’s corporate roots with a White and Red themed look that could be found on YZs in the latter half of the 1980s and into the 90s. This color scheme also graced the prototype YZ400F Doug Henry rode into the history books with his win at the 1997 Las Vegas Supercross.

Tapout Themed Yamaha R1 Unveiled at UFC 129 Fan Expo

Wed, 04 May 2011

The Ultimate Fighting Championships recently held the largest event in its history in Toronto and the folks at Tapout decided to use the occasion to unveil a 2011 Yamaha R1 project bike. The bike was designed Toronto’s Flat Out Industries. As you may expect, it prominently features Tapout logos all over the bike, including on the wheels, along with a pretty sweet red, black and white color scheme.
