XS750SF From the pictures you can see she's in nice shape. The tank has some scratches but other than that there isn't much to tinker with. I'll be honest, I don't really want to sell her but I cant ride 4 bikes at once. down side, she needs a front tire. up side, I just put in a new AGM battery, rebuilt the pet cocks and the carbs then spent 3 hundred bucks having them professionally, checked and sync'd. The forks were rebuilt in 09. She is completely stock with the exception of the highway bars (they are Yamaha bars though) and the seat. The seat pan is original but the previous owner, Andy, had it redone. 1980 Yamaha XS (1980)
This is a Yamaha XS 650 special which has been lightly customized with low bars, bar end mirrors, fork boots, Harley style mufflers, and a unique seat cowl. The bike has a clear PA title signed by the previous owner. I noticed that while the mileage on the title states 28000 the mileage on the speedometer is 23500. The bike started easily on fresh gas and idled and accelerated smoothly on a 10 mile test drive. I did not exceed 65 mph as the tires are dry and have sidewall cracks, but the bike seemed to have plenty more speed on tap. All gears shifted well and all lights and instruments work. The mufflers are not as loud as they look and bike has a deep mellow tone. The engine does not make any unusual noises. The brakes felt a little spongy and probably need some attention. There is a dent in the tachometer housing (see picture.) There is a deep scratch on the top of the front fender but is is hard to see (see picture.) Yamaha R6 to Continue Racing in Supersport Next Generation Category
Mon, 17 Jan 2022No R6 replacement for the near future Last month, the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) provided the first look at the new “ Supersport Next Generation” models that will redefine middleweight racing class. Starting with the 2022 season, the World Supersport class (and their equivalents in various national racing series such as MotoAmerica) will add new models such as the Ducati Panigale V2, MV Agusta F3 800, MV Agusta F3 Superveloce, Triumph Street Triple RS, Suzuki GSX-R750, and the 636cc Kawasaki ZX-6R. The primarily 600cc models that previously represented the class will continue for one more season, before the Supersport Next Generation models take over completely in 2023.

Yamaha Announces MT-10 And MT-10 SP For 2022
Mon, 22 Nov 2021This news should come as a surprise to nobody, but it’s still equally as exciting to finally get the official confirmation: Yamaha is bringing an updated MT-10 to the US. Maybe more exciting is the announcement that Yamaha is also bringing an MT-10 SP here as well. We reported earlier this month that a new MT-10 was coming, but at the time, the report was only confirmed for Europe.
