Up for Sale is a 1980 Yamaha XS650 Special 2 motorcycle. Clear title. 12,287 Miles. Frame # 3G0-005000. Motor # 3G0-005000. It Does not run, turns over with great compression. Was parked in 1991. Looks to be Complete. Front brake will need to be bleed. Rear works as it should. Gas tank has no dents. Inside is clean. Overall the chrome shows pitting. Seat is torn up, pan is solid. Fenders show no dents. Good project motorcycle .You receive what is pictured. Please see my other vintage motorcycles and parts. Jorge Lorenzo Gets His Motorcycle License

2010 MotoGP Champion Jorge Lorenzo has earned his A2 Spanish motorcycle license. Last month, we learned Lorenzo was practicing for the test on a Yamaha YB250R motorcycle, and now the Yamaha factory racer has completed the practical portion of the test. Here he is pictured with his riding teacher Xavi Vallejo (and wouldn’t it be cool to tell people you taught a MotoGP World Champion how to ride a motorcycle?).

Yamaha released a new microsite teasing the launch of two models, expected to be the production versions of the YZF-R25 (or perhaps YZF-R3 for certain markets) and the Tricity leaning three-wheeled scooter.
