1978 Yamaha XS 1100 Clear New York State Title, 2017 Registration, Plated and Insured. Everything has been chopped off this motorcycle, yet it still passed the NYS Inspection. Everything works to make the motorcycle street legal and it runs. If this is your first motorcycle, you may want to reconsider your other choices. This Yamaha has a rigid rear end with no shocks. However, I did install springs on the solo seat to absorb some of the impact. Shinko tires have about 1000 gentle miles on them. Seriously though, if you have never ridden a motorcycle before, this bike is too fast for you. No Reserve Auction. I will not ship this bike anywhere. Purchaser most arrange for pick up. Featuring the world’s largest-displacement air-cooled Inline-Four engine in production, the XJR1300 lives on in 2015 with a new custom-inspired look and a cafe racer variant. The 2015 XJR1300 was inspired by a custom from builder Keino called “Rhapsody in Blue” as part of Yamaha’s Yard Built program.
