1978 Yamaha XS 1100 Clear New York State Title, 2017 Registration, Plated and Insured. Everything has been chopped off this motorcycle, yet it still passed the NYS Inspection. Everything works to make the motorcycle street legal and it runs. If this is your first motorcycle, you may want to reconsider your other choices. This Yamaha has a rigid rear end with no shocks. However, I did install springs on the solo seat to absorb some of the impact. Shinko tires have about 1000 gentle miles on them. Seriously though, if you have never ridden a motorcycle before, this bike is too fast for you. No Reserve Auction. I will not ship this bike anywhere. Purchaser most arrange for pick up. Corbin Rider Appreciation Day July 5 & 6 In Conjunction With Rebirth Of Hollister Rally
Mon, 03 Jun 2013Corbin has announced that all vendor spaces on the lot are filled for their 4th Annual Rider Appreciation Day, held this year on July 5 and 6. Last year, Corbin had thousands of riders show up to help celebrate our country’s birthday and take part in the festivities and expects a much bigger crowd this year, since the city has approved the Hollister Rally and the event covers two days. Mike Corbin reported that the city is feverishly working on the final details in order to make this year’s Hollister Rally one to remember.

Tue, 15 Jun 2010For the origami fans out there, Yamaha have a printable Paper Craft version of their VMax motorcycle (or should that be PMax - P for paper obviously) Download each of the five individual PDF pages and get folding. Might want to stock up on printer ink and A4 paper though as it looks like it will be a frustrating model. As it looks fairly impossible and time consuming I'm putting the challenge out for anyone to go out and complete the paper model themself.

Wed, 20 Jul 2011A special one-off Yamaha R1 that “King” Kenny Roberts will ride at Laguna Seca at this year’s U.S. Grand Prix will be auctioned off to benefit an arts school in New York. The GYTR-equipped R1 with Yamaha’s 50th anniversary red and white paint scheme will be sold at Mecum’s Motorcycle Auction, Aug.
