Yamaha XS description

Back for auction again after someone won it and couldn't come up with the funds is this survivor XS650.  I have gone completely through this bike to ensure that the timing is right and the carbs have been redone, basically I've ensured that all the little things that make a bike like this sit are now operable.  I have the original air box and bars for those who wish to restore.  The brakes are in good shape and the bike runs very well.  I also have a new interstate battery that was put bought in August.

Fri, 17 Jan 2014

Yamaha’s official MotoGP outfit unveiled the team’s official 2014 livery in front of a packed audience in Jakarta, Indonesia. The team’s two factory riders, Jorge Lorenzo and Valentino Rossi, were on hand to proudly showcase their YZF-M1 motorcycles. As expected, blue, Yamaha’s factory color, plays a major role in the color scheme, but unlike last year where it was the dominant color, it is equally offset by contrasting white swaths on the upper fairing, fuel tank, and throughout the lower fairing.
