Hello, I am selling my 1982 Yamaha XJ650 R SECA Cafe Racer project. This bike comes with a clean title.
Approximate 33,000 miles on the bike. Modifications done to the bike include: 55-59 Chevy pickup LED taillight. LED Projection headlights Battery relocated with its own custom box 4 to 1 headers Wrapped Headers Full Chassis harness tuck for a clean Cafe Racer look Cafe Racer style seat Safety kill switch RFY rear shocks Tack and Speedo delete Bobber Style license plate mount with LED light Drilled front rotors This bike will include in the sale, most if not all original equipment that came with the bike. This is a project bike so some minor modifications will still need to be done but it does not hinder it's ride-ability. The bike is ready to ride and register. Yes it's fast, its loud and it turns heads. I love this bike and I hate to see it go but I no longer need the bike at this time. |

Cyril Despres Signs with Yamaha
Thu, 30 May 2013Five-time Dakar Rally winner Cyril Despres has signed on with Yamaha Motor France to race on the Yamaha YZ450F. Despres won the Dakar Rally in 2005, 2007, 2010, 2012 and 2013 with KTM but parted ways with the Austrian manufacturer in March. For 2014, Despres is trading in KTM Orange for Yamaha Blue, riding with support rider and fellow Frenchman Michael Metge.

But it seems McCarthy needs to learn the simple concept of avoiding self-incrimination.
Casey Stoner to Retire After 2012 MotoGP Season
Thu, 17 May 2012Two-time MotoGP World Champion Casey Stoner has announced he will retire following the end of the 2012 season. Rumors of Stoner’s impending retirement plans have been floating around for weeks with the 26-year-old Repsol Honda racer saying he will continue racing until he no longer enjoyed it. That seems to be the case now as the 2007 and 2011 MotoGP Champion announced he will retire at a press conference ahead of this weekend’s French Grand Prix at Le Mans.
