Yamaha Virago description

This Yamaha Virago has been a great learner bike for me around the Seattle area. It has always been garage kept and cleaned. Comes with free leather saddle bags (one of the bags is missing an emblem, I have the part, just never put it on). The front tire is getting close to needing to be changed simply for age, not tread.

I am the 2nd owner and I am ready to upgrade to something bigger. Thanks for looking.

Japan-only 'race base' R1

Thu, 22 Nov 2012

Yamaha have proved once again that all-black bikes never fail to please, this is the Japan-only R1 supplied to you by Yamaha if you're going to be racing in the All-Japan Superbike Championship. So that'll be none of us getting one of these, then. The good news: you can choose between an R1 or an R6, they're supplied black and with a racing ECU and loom.

2024 Yamaha Tracer 9 GT+ Review

Thu, 17 Aug 2023

Riding 950 miles across three states in two days highlights this Tracer’s capabilities Photography by Joseph Augustin New motorcycle model introductions follow a well-worn path: travel to the event location, eat nice meals, get briefed on the bike of the moment, ride a route designed to highlight the bike’s strengths, take photos/video, eat more good food, return home, and write up a review. After 27 years in this industry, I still get a cheap thrill about throwing a leg over a new motorcycle before it is available to the general public. However, what really gets me going is when I have a chance to log more than just the couple of hundred miles typically covered in an intro and spend some real time on the road with said bike.

Yamaha Announces MT-10 And MT-10 SP For 2022

Mon, 22 Nov 2021

This news should come as a surprise to nobody, but it’s still equally as exciting to finally get the official confirmation: Yamaha is bringing an updated MT-10 to the US. Maybe more exciting is the announcement that Yamaha is also bringing an MT-10 SP here as well. We reported earlier this month that a new MT-10 was coming, but at the time, the report was only confirmed for Europe.
