New battery 2 summers ago - battery wintered out of the bike, in the basement, on a maintainer. Regularly washed, waxed, and polished. Always run on premium gas. Superb condition and well-maintained. Tires are fine. Always garage parked. Colin Edwards’ Gear Being Auctioned For Feed The Children

So much so that Yamaha has announced a unique opportunity to bid on a historic set of road racing leathers, boots, gloves, and helmet as worn by Edwards during this, his final season in MotoGP. Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Feed the Children, which is Yamaha Motor Corporation’s official corporate charity.
Lovely new R1 cans from Harris
Thu, 30 Sep 2010Harris Performance has just unveiled their new slip-on silencers and carbon composite heat shield for the 2009/10 Yamaha R1. Made to the usual Harris standards the cans are created from stainless steel and titanium. The silencers have fully removable baffles helping your R1 to breathe more easily and produce a fruity exhaust note.
