Yamaha Virago description

Hello everyone, thanks for checking out my Virago!  I build bikes for a living out of my shop called Brick House Builds LLC and this XV750 is just one example.

I am selling this bike that has been finished to what you see here. A very aggressive post apocalyptic looking machine! This bike will turn heads wherever it goes. This build was finished recently and is now for sale to someone looking to stand out from the crowd and have some fun on a very unique bike. The bike has a slightly rustic look as it fit the attitude and overall vibe I was going for.

This bike was intended to be very budget friendly from day 1 which is why it may seem a tiny bit rough in a few spots but that was done on purpose as it helped give the bike the attitude it needed.  I left the fuel tank in its original color but lightly sanded the clear to give it a matte look.  I then painted on the white circle as well as the Japanese lettering for Ban Zai' by hand.  As you can see the front of the tank had leaked fuel in the past causing the paint to wash off but again I decided that it only added to the character of the bike.  The tank is in very good shape and could easily be painted whatever color you choose should you desire.

Here are the details:
1981 XV750
Build completed with 8,100 original miles on the bike
New dual sport tires
Fresh engine and gear oil
New plugs
Jetted
UNI airfilter mounted on custom made mount
Painted details throughout
Wiring harness has been simplified using quality components. Very nicely done and features modern blade type fuses.
The bars are made from the stockers but cut and welded into a more tracker type.
Foot pegs have been moved rearward a few inches for a better foot position in the corners.
Hand made exhaust - very loud but they save lives and stuff
Biltwell solo seat on custom mounts
New taillight
New AGM battery
New superbike grips
New front brake pads

IMPORTANT NOTES:

-This bike has no turn signals as they have been completely removed from the harness and even  switch housing. It is legal because of that.

-The shifter is actually a reverse pattern as I flipped the stock lever backwards to work with the foot peg location.  This causes it to be a 1-down 4-up pattern which is very easy to get use to within a couple minutes.  Everything else works as you would expect.

Again, this is a very unique bike that is a blast to ride. It is very comfortable, reliable, well built, and you can take it anywhere with the dual sport tires! Come check this out if you would like or even more of my bikes that I have finished or nearing completion. I build these bike for a living and if you would like to see more info check out Brick House Builds LLC on Facebook or Instagram.

Thanks for looking.
