Yamaha V Star description

Up for auction is a 2015 Yamaha V Star 1300 Deluxe. This bike was purchased last year from Razee in Kingston RI and is in great condition - just like new. Comes with lockable hard saddle bags and a Garmin GPS unit. Upgrades include Cobra hypercharger air intake system, Cobra PowrPro Auto Fuel Injection management system, passing lights, engine guards, bag guards, backrest, luggage rack. Less than 3000 miles (still has all the original warning labels). This is a great looking bike that rides even better. Always garaged and never seen rain. The pictures really don't do it justice. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to set up a time to look at it. Local pick up in southern Rhode Island.

50th Anniversary Yamaha Special Edition R1? Yes Please!

Fri, 09 Sep 2011

When Yamaha unveiled its 50th anniversary edition red and white livery for its M1 MotoGP machines in May, one question came immediately to mind: when can we get the special edition R1? The red and white design was created to celebrate Yamaha‘s 50th year in Grand Prix racing. Yamaha factory racers Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies debuted the livery at the Assen round in June, which saw the American Spies nab his first a career MotoGP win.

2024 Yamaha Ténéré 700 First Ride

Wed, 13 Dec 2023

Small updates keep the T7 fresh, but we're still missing out on the European variants Photos by Yamaha/Joseph Agustin Photo Yamaha’s popular Ténéré 700 “T7” adventure bike returns for 2024, and while it would be easy to say it is “largely unchanged” from the 2023 model, there have been some notable changes made in response to feedback from many North American riders. One wish still unrealized: the U.S. dealers won’t be getting the up-spec World Raid and numerous other versions of the T7 the EU enjoys - at least not this year.

My Cadburys Boost YZF 750 comes back to life.

Sat, 01 Sep 2012

After winning my 3rd BSB title in 1998, as an end of season bonus, Yamaha UK kindly handed over my beloved Cadburys Boost YZF 750. There were three of these ex factory bikes in Rob Mac’s team; one went to me, the big man still has one, and the third was sold for a sum that was never disclosed. I had three cracking years on this special machine battling against team mates Whitham, Walker and Hislop and breaking most lap records along the way. The hard charging Bayliss, Reynolds and Rymer were also thrown into the mix on occasions just to make life even more interesting.
