Canada Gets Race Blu 2013 Yamaha Fazer8

Back in September, Yamaha revealed a special “Race Blu” livery for a the YZF-R1, YZF-R6 and the YZF-R125 for the European market. Yamaha promoted the new color scheme with Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies sporting the colors on their leathers and M1 race bikes at the Misano and Aragon MotoGP rounds. North American consumers were left out, however, getting a Team Yamaha Blue and White version instead for the R1 and R6 (the R125 isn’t offered here either).

EICMA 2013: Yamaha Reveals the Tricity

Today, at the EICMA 2013 show, Yamaha unveiled what it is calling a new direction in its urban commuter category. The Tricity is a LMW (Leaning Multi Wheel) scooter aimed at folks who previously may not have considered a two-wheeled alternatives to public transportation. One man who didn't want to be watching the Sachsenring MotoGP

Jorge Lorenzo posted this picture on his Twitter feed on Sunday. Yamaha's No.1 rider had to watch Sunday's MotoGP from his apartment. Despite Crutchlow reckoning Sunday's race result would have been the same even with Pedrosa and Lorenzo on the grid, I reckon Lorenzo would have had something to say about that.
