Yamaha V Star tech info
Yamaha V Star description
I'm selling this for a friend but have seen this bike and it is as described. This nice 2006 Yamaha V-Star 1100 Custom was purchased used with 2300 miles. This bike had one owner before the current owner. He installed Cobra exhaust pipes with slash tips. Inspection is current and tires are in good shape. The owner thinks the silver flames are decals but said he wasn't certain ~ they could be paint. It has a side storage compartment for documents etc. The tools that came with it are included. It's never seen any bad weather - it's been stored underground (at the mines) in the winter and in a garage with a dehumidifier during the summer. If you have any questions, please feel free to email. The owner will gladly make arrangements for interested parties to come see the bike with a reasonable offer. |

Rossi 'training' at his MotoRanch
Mon, 30 Jan 2012Like Kenny Roberts, Valentino Rossi has got his own ranch where he has built his own private motocross track and dirt oval. The above YouTube video shows Rossi training on the flat-track circuit that makes up his 'MotoRanch' located near his home town of Tavullia. He's shown riding a Yamaha, but that's probably because Ducati don't have themselves a scrambler.
Yamaha Trademarks Design for Three-Cylinder Sport-Tourer
