Yamaha V Star description

05 Yamaha V Star classic. Super nice condition, one owner. Nearly mint condition. This bike needs nothing, it has hard bags as pictured, chrome everything, two 6x9s with Phillips CD player, it has 7,200 original miles, it runs and rides very smooth. It is very comfortable with a back rest for your passenger. This bike was purchased in 2008 as a brand new left over with 1 mile on it. Its electric blue and black. Everything on it works and operates as it should. Comes with factory paperwork and an extra set of keys. Feel free to call me with any questions regarding this bike. You will not be disappointed, my name is Tim (419)496-3010. This is a no reserve auction so bid to win this bike will be sold.

Used: Alpinestars Joey Canvas shoes review

Wed, 11 Sep 2013

The brief I gave to my girlfriend before packing for our little California road-trip was simple: “No hair straighteners, no high-heels and no hand bags!” So, I had to honour the whole ‘packing light’ thing too ...or risk a week of abuse. I picked up these shoes as I thought they’d double as decent riding gear for the Yamaha XVS650 and Ducati Diavel we had lined up but they also looked perfect for wearing with jeans when we’d dumped the bike and were heading out to explore the sights. They don’t feature any ‘real’ armour but they are made from a tough yet flexible canvas and they feature additional protection around the ankle.

Yamaha has released additional images and a video of its new PES1 electric motorcycle for the concept’s debut at the Tokyo Motor Show. The new photographs, shot at Yamaha’s display at the Tokyo show, show more details about the PES1 concept, which Yamaha first announced earlier this month. The PES1 shares the same electric DC brushless motor, lithium-ion battery and monocoque frame as the PED1 concept which also took its bow in Tokyo.
