Yamaha V Star description
2005 Yamaha V Star Classic, A step up from a lightweight cruiser, but more nimble than the heavyweights, the V-Star 650 Classic is a perfect choice for those interested in a comfortable cruiser for light touring, commuting, and just exploring back country roads. Powered by a 649cc air-cooled v-twin paired with a 5-speed transmission with shaft final drive, the V-Star 650 is a low maintenance, reliable ride with a relaxed riding position. The 650 Classic (compared with the 650 Custom) features longer flared fenders, rider floorboards, and wide pull-back handlebars. This particular 650 Classic is in stock condition, with just over 16,000 miles on the odometer. It also recently had a full service performed right here in the award-winning Martin Motorsports Service Department, so you can ride with confidence in your new machine. There are a few cosmetic blemishes here and there, such as a scratch on the front and rear fenders and a few on the exhaust, and some pitting on the forks and front brake fluid reservoir (all shown in photos). However, this bike is mechanically sound and runs excellent!
