Yamaha V Star tech info
Yamaha V Star description
Great bike. Only 12,800 miles. Brand new tires with less than 100 miles. Lots of extras make this a sharp ride! Pictured without the windshield but its here. Sissy bar, vintage Harley saddle bags, custom air filter, and more! (The saddle bags ive had for 20+ yrs so they went on this bike too) We have kids now so we only get to ride a couple times a year. Time for someone else to enjoy this beautiful ride! Lots of get up and go and after market pipes make it nice and noticeable. Feel free to view and inspect this great bike before auction end. New inspection sticker will take you till june 2017. Extra driving lights are key for riding at night. So many great things about this bike, sad to see it go but even sadder watching it parked! Thanks for looking and ask any question you like. Thank you and happy bidding! |

No snow here folks!
Fri, 31 Dec 2010An erratic work schedule combined with a full season of kids racing means, there aren’t many opportunities during the summer months for the Mackenzie family to grab a holiday. Instead, we tend to save our pennies and head off somewhere sunny for Christmas. I love doing this as it shortens the UK winter but more importantly it means I miss the festive frenzy. I do like Christmas, but I hate how everyone gets caught up in the retail madness that kicks off just before Halloween, then has everyone stressed (and skint)before Santa has even hitched up his sleigh.
Japan Needs Your Help
Thu, 17 Mar 2011By now, we’ve all seen pictures and video of the devastation in Japan following the March 11 earthquake and the ensuing tsunamis. Japan, of course, has contributed much to motorcycling, with the Big Four of Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha, as well as tire manufacturer Bridgestone, helmet companies Arai and Shoei and many other motorcycle industry stalwarts all coming from the Land of the Rising Sun. Jon Bekefy and Greg Hatton, two motorcycle enthusiasts, industry employees and above all, humanitarians, have set up a fundraising campaign benefiting the Red Cross for relief efforts in Japan.
