I have a 2004 Yamaha V Star 1100 Classic up for auction. The bike runs and drives great and only has 8008 miles on it. The exaust is not baffled and it sounds like a Harley. Here is a video of the bike running. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2T23ObRSI_o Other vehicles can hear you for sure, loud pipes save lives. I have to get rid of it to fix the wifes car. My loss your gain. As you can see by the pictures the bike has been well maintained and just had a new back tire put on it. I will miss it alot, but the car has to be fixed. 2014 Yamaha Super Ténéré ES Announced

Yamaha has tweaked its adventure-touring entry to keep pace with new and improved entries from its competition. The 2014 Super Tens receive a modest boost in power, new LCD instrumentation, the latest D-MODE switchable mapping “for refined town and sport settings,” LED turnsignals, a tapered aluminum handlebar and standard cruise control. The Super Ténéré ES is a new range-topping version.

Yamaha continues to expand its MT lineup (or FZ lineup for us North Americans) with a new stunt rider variant on the MT-07. Making its public debut tomorrow at the Intermot show in Cologne, the 2015 Yamaha MT-07 Moto Cage will likely be an exclusive model for the European market like the Street Rally and Sport Tracker variants of the MT-09. Polish rider Rafal “Stunter13″ Pasierbek has signed on to be Yamaha’s official stunt rider, performing at shows and competitions on the MT-07 Moto Cage.

Yamaha marks its 50th year in World Championship Grand Prix racing this year, and what better way to celebrate the anniversary than with a special edition livery? The special edition WGP50th Anniversary Yamaha YZR-M1 livery reaches back into Yamaha’s past for its classic red-and-white colors inspired by its first factory team in 1961. Reigning MotoGP Champion and current points leader Jorge Lorenzo and 2010 MotoGP Rookie of the Year Ben Spies will ride the special edition WGP50th Anniversary livery on their Yamaha YZR-M1 racebikes at the June 25 Assen round and the July 24 U.S.
