Good shape 42000 mis. Windshield, front floor boards, new rear floor boards, new brakes, root beer and black paint. New $230 LED lighting kit, ten light strips, fifteen colors with remote. Air breather is LED lit with nine different colors. Front tire is in terrific shape rear was replaced today. This bike runs well and gets lots of complements. Took 2nd place in lighting comp at Blowouts during bike week.The price is $2700 and that is firm. Paid $3700 at Texas Yamaha 2 mons ago. Lighting and brakes done since then. Also rear foot boards added after pictures were taken. Replaced rear tire and had oil changed today. This bike will be available for sale on Monday. Isle of Man TT 2013: SES TT Zero Results

Motoczysz captured its fourth consecutive TT Zero at the 2013 Isle of Man TT, setting a new official record for electric motorcycles by averaging 109.675 mph on the Mountain Course. Michael Rutter piloted the Motoczysz E1PC to a lap time of 20:38.461 for his third straight TT Zero win. Finishing second as he did last year was John McGuinness on the Mugen Shinden Ni, with a time just 1.6 seconds slower than Rutter, with an average speed of 109.527 mph.

Giacomo Agostini Celebrates 70th Birthday with a New 2012 Yamaha T-Max

Racing legend Giacomo Agostini celebrated his 70th birthday at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone this weekend, where he was celebrated by Yamaha. “Ago”, who holds the all-time record for Grand Prix wins (122) and Grand Prix World Championships (15), was feted in a ceremony that also included current Yamaha riders Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies as well as retired racers Loris Capirossi, Phil Read, John Cooper, Angel Nieto, Franco Uncini and Jim Redman, as well as MotoGP promoter Carmelo Ezpeleta and Yamaha Classic Racing Team principal Ferry Brouwer. Yamaha presented Agostini with a one-off T-Max scooter with livery inspired by his 1975 championship-winning YZR500 OW23.

The U.S. motorcycle industry saw a 4.6% decrease in year-on-year sales over the first six months of 2011, thanks mostly to a 17.3% drop in ATV sales. Motorcycle and scooter sales however saw a 1.7% bump in the first half .
