Selling my 08 Classic at a no reserve price, bid to win. The bike is like brand new. I bought a new one. This has 3,300 miles. not 33,000. It has been babied, It has had the oil changed 3 times as well as the shaft oil. The bike has lots of extras. It has mustang tank bra, highway running lights, flame foot boards and highway pegs. It has Cobra pipes that sound amazing. The bike was jetted. It has Saddlemen saddle bags mounted as well as a corbin rear seat. The tires are original. They are in great shape, barely any wear. The bike has never been down. it is adult ridden. Has really only been highway miles. The bike leaks no fluids. The bike performs as it should. This is the nicest Vstar you can get. I have two other brand new seats, i have a brand new sissy bar. Everything is studded and good quality. I have the original exhaust and headers, I have all of the original parts that i took off to put on the modifications. I have the paperwork from the dealership. i have the receipts and manual. I have a mustang bra for the rear fender if you decide you dont want a passenger and you want to take the seat off. The bike has not seen the rain. The bike is ready to go! Yamaha Reports 2013 Sales Results
Wed, 12 Feb 2014Yamaha reported a 1.2% decrease in motorcycle sales in 2013 but managed to increase its net sales revenue by 16.2%, thanks in large part to the depreciation of the Japanese yen. According to the company’s 2013 fiscal report, Yamaha sold 6,014,000 motorcycles last year, down slightly from 6,090,000 sold in 2012. The good news however, is most of the sales decrease was limited to Thailand and Vietnam where the economy worsened in 2013, while Yamaha’s sales increased in nearly all other markets.

Thu, 06 Apr 2023Sport-tourer equipped with radar-based adaptive cruise control Last November, Yamaha Motor Europe revealed a new Tracer 9 GT+ at EICMA, a new version of its Triple-powered sport tourer equipped with a 7-inch TFT display, adaptive cruise control, and a radar-linked unified braking system. Yamaha Motor USA, however, remained quiet about it, and we later learned the Tracer 9 GT+ was not coming to the States for 2023. In fact, even the less techy regular Tracer 9 was left out of Yamaha Motor USA’s returning model announcements.
Ben Spies Leaving Yamaha At End of 2012 MotoGP Season
Tue, 24 Jul 2012MotoGP racer Ben Spies has announced he will not re-sign with Yamaha while hinting at an impending announcement for his plans for the 2013 racing season. Earlier this week, Spies used Twitter (@BenSpies11) to hint at a change for next season. In an email to SuperbikePlanet, Spies confirmed he has decided not to remain with Yamaha for several unspecified reasons.
