Yamaha V Max description

ATTENTION: Completely stock with warranty!! Put your worries at ease with this bike.  Sure there's other bikes just like this one with all sorts of unknown mods, done by who knows who, with no warranty, or even a guarantee that it'll make it home.  With the Yamaha extended service plan, you have nothing to worry about for another 2 1/2 years.

2011 Yamaha Star VMAX Motorcycle 1679cc (102ci).
13,561 miles, mostly highway miles. Note: Bike is still being ridden so mileage may be higher than shown.
Average mileage has been 33mpg.
Both tires have 5,500 miles on them. Rear has about 40% tread left.
100% stock, absolutely no modifications or alterations of any kind.
Oil pump recall/update was completed on 11/01/2011
Has transferable extended warranty that's valid until 5/24/2016. Have all service paperwork to include.
Only thing to note is very small scratches on top of exhaust tips from passengers high-heel boots (hey, it happens). A dime would cover the scratches, so they're not that big.

Location: Owatonna MN. Pick up only!!

This bike is for sale locally and is also on Minneapolis Craigs List so I reserve the right to end the auction early if no bids are placed.

Test rides for serious buyers who have cash in hand and intent to buy ONLY!! If you're just looking for a joyride, please contact your dealer.

Introduced following the 2009 MotoGP season, the rule was designed to give satellite teams the chance to field young up-and-coming talents  they otherwise wouldn’t have been able to sign. The theory was the rule would protect the satellite teams and spread out the talent pool.

Thu, 06 Apr 2023

Sport-tourer equipped with radar-based adaptive cruise control Last November, Yamaha Motor Europe revealed a new Tracer 9 GT+ at EICMA, a new version of its Triple-powered sport tourer equipped with a 7-inch TFT display, adaptive cruise control, and a radar-linked unified braking system. Yamaha Motor USA, however, remained quiet about it, and we later learned the Tracer 9 GT+ was not coming to the States for 2023. In fact, even the less techy regular Tracer 9 was left out of Yamaha Motor USA’s returning model announcements.
