1985 YAMAHA V-MAX 1200 WITH ONLY 4,000 MILES. THIS BIKE WAS THE FIRST YEAR PRODUCED AND THE FASTEST 145HP.

THIS BIKE IS SUPER CLEAN,JUST SPENT OVER 1,800.00 FOR ALL 4 CARBS/STARTER CLUTCH DRIVE. NEW WHEEL BARINGS FRONT AND BACK.

THE BIKE WAS RUNNING FINE BEFORE I PARKED IT LAST WINTER. THIS SUMMER I HAVE BEEN SO BUISY I WAS UNABLE TO GIVE THE THE BIKE THE ATTENTION IT DESERVES DUE TO HEALTH PROBLEMS.

ONCE AGAIN THE BIKE IS NOT RUNNING AT THIS TIME BUT I DON'T BELEIVE ANYTHING SERIOUS IS WRONG WITH THE BIKE IT SET OVER THE WINTER AFTER RETURNING FROM NORTH FL YAMAHA DEALER.

I DRAINED ALL THE GAS OUT BEFORE LAST WINTER AFTER RETURNED FROM DEALER DUE TO MEDICAL ISSUES I WAS UNABLE TO TO GIVE THE MOTORCYCE THE PROPER ATTENTION NEEDED.

THE MOTORCYCLE IS AS IS AND IS NOT RUNNING BUT THE PICTURES TELL THE STORY THE MOTORCYCLE HAS ONLY 4,000.00 MILES AND EVERYONE IS LOOKING FOR THE FIRST YEAR BIKE. IT IS NOT FROZE UP AND TURNS OVER FREELY IT WILL TRY TO START BUT WON'T KEEP RUNNING.

I HAVE A NEW BATTERY IN THE BIKE. LOOK AT THE PICTURES THE BIKE WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF AND RAN FINE.DO NOT HAVE TIME TO MESS WITH IT. GOOD LUCK BIDDING PLEASE ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BID ONCE YOU WIN ITS YOURS.

Kenny Roberts Joins Inaugural American International Motorcycle Expo

Fri, 06 Sep 2013

We’ve posted several articles over the past few months about the inaugural American International Motorcycle Expo (AIME) because the motorcycling public is invited to attend what looks like an industry/trade show. And we’re not the only ones excited to check it out. Kenny Roberts, perhaps the best-known American motorcycle racer of all time, has signed on to the AIME show as “American International Motorcycle Champion.” In this role, Roberts will serve as the proverbial face of AIMExpo, joining in the celebration of the inaugural show with the entire powersports marketplace – industry, trade, media and consumers.

Yamaha Reports 2013 Sales Results

Wed, 12 Feb 2014

Yamaha reported a 1.2% decrease in motorcycle sales in 2013 but managed to increase its net sales revenue by 16.2%, thanks in large part to the depreciation of the Japanese yen. According to the company’s 2013 fiscal report, Yamaha sold 6,014,000 motorcycles last year, down slightly from 6,090,000 sold in 2012. The good news however, is most of the sales decrease was limited to Thailand and Vietnam where the economy worsened in 2013, while Yamaha’s sales increased in nearly all other markets.
