Equipped with a full windshield and passenger backrest both of which are quick disconnect so you can change from a tour bike to a sporty round town bike in less than a minute. The bike had 18,500mis on it which is just getting broke in. Extras are 2 rear passenger seat, three pouch windshield bag, chrome reservoir covers, T bag roll bag, Vance and Hines Monster Ovals, gives it a great sound, trailer hitch, road pegs, SS radiator cover , new Flanders handle bars and grips, OEM handle bars and pipes will go with it. Cruse control, asking $8500.00. Great bike, but time and bills are pressing now. No time to ride and too many bills. 2023 Yamaha Tenere 700 First Look

Minor updates announced for Europe Yamaha Motor Europe announced updates to the Ténéré 700, giving the middleweight ADV bike a TFT display, smartphone connectivity, a new ABS mode and other small updates. As of this writing, the 2023 Ténéré 700 has not been announced for the U.S., though we expect to receive official news soon. The Ténéré 700 Rally Edition variant offered in Europe (pictured below with the Heritage White livery) also received the same updates, but we don’t expect that it will be offered on these shores.

The trendiest segment in the industry at the moment is the adventure touring motorcycle. Spearheaded by the top-selling BMW R1200GS, the segment has seen a flood of imitators such as the Triumph Tiger Explorer, Yamaha Super Ténéré and the Honda Crosstourer. A recent report from the Motorcycle Industry Council found that scooter sales are also on the rise in the U.S., spurred on by soaring gas prices.

46,061 Motorcycles Stolen in US in 2012

An average of 126 motorcycles were stolen in the U.S. every day in 2012, according to a report released by the the National Insurance Crime Bureau. That’s from a total of 46,061 motorcycles reported stolen that year a 1.3% improvement from the 46,667 motorcycles reported stolen in 2011.
