Absolutely beautiful 2006 Yamaha Royal Star Midnight Tour Deluxe with 16,000 miles. Ready to ride with nothing extra to do because this bike has it all!  Besides the basic machine, there are over $4000+ of extras and add-ons, most from Yamaha and Kuryakyn. They include, bike cover, blinking tail light and turn signal module, chrome rear/front brake reservoir covers, chrome clutch reservoir cover, braided stainless steel throttle cable, clutch and brake line sets, chrome seat rail, chrome saddlebag trim rails for top and sides, chrome saddlebag filler panels, chrome fuel tank mount covers, chrome metal fender tips, chrome passenger backing plates, chrome choke knob and carb covers, chrome taillight and license plate covers, tri-bar passing lamps, chrome visors for all Lights on bike, chrome luggage rack, new Corbin seats [snake skin] with removable back rests, new white walled tires,  leather bib on gas tank, custom radiator cover. I made a quick release thumb screws for saddle-bags.  Also chromed the 4-cyclinder head covers. Have a shop manual as well.

2022 Yamaha Tenere 700 World Raid Announced for Europe

No word yet on US availability Yamaha Motor Europe announced the production version of the 2022 Ténéré 700 World Raid, a new Ténéré variant with a larger fuel tank and longer travel suspension. It joins Yamaha’s European lineup alongside the regular Ténéré 700, plus a Rally Edition version which we don’t get in the U.S. We first saw the World Raid at EICMA as a prototype equipped with a number of Genuine Yamaha Technology Racing (GYTR) performance parts.

Yamaha has released additional images and a video of its new PES1 electric motorcycle for the concept’s debut at the Tokyo Motor Show. The new photographs, shot at Yamaha’s display at the Tokyo show, show more details about the PES1 concept, which Yamaha first announced earlier this month. The PES1 shares the same electric DC brushless motor, lithium-ion battery and monocoque frame as the PED1 concept which also took its bow in Tokyo.

Yamaha Pro Am madness, the best one make championship ever?

I’m biased of course, but the best one make road race championship has to be the Yamaha RD 350LC Pro Am series. Back in the days when manufacturers had spare cash (1980 to be precise), Mitsui Yamaha organised this televised championship at major British race meetings to promote the recently launched, and now iconic, Yamaha RD350LC. Twenty four riders (twelve established and twelve rookies) were chosen by a panel of experts then given a completely free season of racing with a very generous prize fund thrown in.
