Yamaha Road Star description

This is a super nice Yamaha Road Star  1700 Silverado Edition Motorcycle. Had both tires replaced last year and inspected by local Yamaha dealer right after I purchased it.. No issues found . Dealer commented on how nice a condition the bike is in.  Installed High Back Bar and arm rest for passenger comfort. Bike came with double D drag pipes and a bike lift. Pipes were a bit loud for my taste, so I installed a set of factory pipes with stage one modification performed. Bike is the last model sold with carbs. Modified the factory pipes since the carbs are jetted for the drag pipes. Bike runs great with excellent power.
My wife unfortunately can't ride with me due to her back problems. Just not riding it as much as I thought I would, since acquiring new job driving a semi truck regionally.  I would like to find a good home for this well maintained bike. Garage kept always cleaned, hard to find one any better than this.  No scratches or dents, shiny paint and chrome. Sale includes the Drag pipes and bike lift.    Installed new battery  10/28/2016. Thanks for looking. For more details contact me at 330 501 4162. Serious inquires only.

The livery also features a modern interpretation of Yamaha‘s speed block design.

Yamaha will give a third wheel to its scooter

Sun, 05 May 2019

The Japanese did not have enough unusual Niken bikes so they patented the design of a new 3-wheeler scooter. The device will probably be called the Tricity 300 and will presumably be powered by a 292cc engine from the 28hp XMax 300 maxi-scooter. We're looking forward to the debut of the production version at the end of the year at EICMA.

The new Yamaha Tenere is preparing to debut

Sun, 30 Jul 2017

The next-generation 689cc touring enduro is almost ready. The bike, magnificent in its conciseness and Dakar functionality, is a kind of preview of the future SUV that will replace the XT660Z Tenere. The rival of the BMW F800 GS/F 800 GS Adventure and the promising KTM 790 Adventure borrowed the 689cc inline-two from the Yamaha MT-07 and XSR700 (on these bikes it develops 74.8 hp and 68 Nm).
