2006 Yamaha Road Star 1700, This bike was bought off the show room floor and is in new condition. It has braided brake lines, a suicide seat, bologna cut pipes, a wind screen, leather saddle bags, and all of the original parts that go with it. There has only been one owner and no accidents or tickets associated with it. Between work, family, and college I don't have the time or finances to keep this motorcycle and I want it to go to a great owner that will have the time to go and ride it the way its meant to be. Yamaha Planning Sub-$500 Model to Undercut Honda Dream Yuga
Fri, 25 May 2012Not long after Honda launched its ultra low-cost Dream Yuga in India, Yamaha announced it is considering a new own model that will be nearly 40% cheaper. The 109cc Dream Yuga is Honda‘s latest weapon in the battle for India’s 13-million unit per year motorcycle market. Priced at 44,642 Indian rupees (US$806), the Dream Yuga is the most affordable Honda model available in India.
Yamaha Introduces 2012 V Star 950 and V Star Tourer
Wed, 08 Jun 2011Yamaha revealed the first 2012 models from its Star Motorcycles brand of cruisers, the V Star 950 and V Star 950 Tourer. The 2012 V Star 950 (and the more touring-oriented V Star 950 Tourer) is powered by a fuel-injected air-cooled 942cc 60 degree V-Twin engine with a five-speed transmission. Yamaha estimates fuel economy at 47 mpg from the 4.5 gallon tank.

But the Rizoma ProGuard system has helped secure the levers of Toni Elias on his road to championship success in the inaugural Moto2 season. The example above was on an attractive Rizoma-enhanced BMW S1000RR, but the lever guards are not limited to sports bikes, they were also visible on Yamaha's FZ8. The patented design can tilt up to 10 degrees providing full lever coverage and can be added by simply replacing the bike's existing bar-ends.
