2008 Yamaha Raider, Another dream come true by Tejas Motorsports Tejas Motorsports had been building some of the coolest motorcycle in the Houston area for over 15 years and we would love to build one for you. This started out as a 2008 Yamaha Raider. We added a set of Freedom Performance Racing true dual exhaust, Power Commander with a custom dyno tune, custom fairing with stereo, Harley style bags with custom mounts, black powder coated wheels, custom front fender with custom Tejas Motorsports fender brackets, 240 rear tire, custom rear turn signals, aftermarket mirrors and grips, engine guards, custom front and rear foot pegs, custom shift lever and brake pedal, custom red LED lights. Also, custom rear fender and Stratoliner lowers coming soon!

Wed, 08 Sep 2010We ran a couple of stories last week - both, coincidentally, about new Kawasakis. One was the first peek of the new ZX10R – hot stuff you’d imagine – the other, the new W800 retro parallel twin. I suppose it shouldn’t have shocked us, which story was most popular in terms of hits but it really does mark a seismic shifts in British biking attitudes that the W800 story doubled the hits of the ZX10 piece.
Dakar 2014: Cyril Despres’ Yamaha YZ450F Rally Revealed
Wed, 18 Dec 2013Yamaha revealed the livery for its YZ450F Rally racer, the machine Cyril Despres will ride in his quest for his sixth Dakar Rally victory. Despres will lead a factory team which includes Michael Metge, Olivier Pain and Frans Verhoeven to South America for the 2014 Dakar Rally which kicks off Jan. 5.
2014 AMA Supercross – Phoenix Results
Mon, 13 Jan 2014Kawasaki‘s Ryan Villopoto nabbed a hard-earned first victory of the 2014 AMA Supercross season, overcoming a poor start that saw him ninth after the first lap for the win. The three-time reigning champion found himself well back after the first corner as Yoshimura Suzuki‘s Jake Moss took the holeshot ahead of Yamaha‘s Justin Brayton and the KTM‘s Ryan Dungey. Brayton took over the lead by the second corner and would stay in front for the first 13 laps.
