1976 WAS THE FIRST YEAR OF RD 400 6 SPEED, BIKE STARTS RIGHT UP AND RUNS GOOD EXCELLENT COMPRESSION. HAS BEEN IN STORAGE IN ARIZONA SO CHROME IS PRETTY DECENT AND NO REAL RUST. ALL ORIGINAL WILL NEED SEAT, TIRES, ONE TURN SIGNAL AND MAYBE OTHER RUBBER ITEMS. HAS A SMALL DING IN THE TANK SHOWN IN THE PICS. WILL NEED SOME TLC ASSUME MILES ARE BOX C SOLD AS-IS. For the origami fans out there, Yamaha have a printable Paper Craft version of their VMax motorcycle (or should that be PMax - P for paper obviously) Download each of the five individual PDF pages and get folding. Might want to stock up on printer ink and A4 paper though as it looks like it will be a frustrating model. As it looks fairly impossible and time consuming I'm putting the challenge out for anyone to go out and complete the paper model themself.

Casey Stoner looked all set to win at Motegi, after translating his pole position into an early race-lead. But coming over the crest on the back straight his bike momentarily lost control in a tank slapper. Regaining composure the championship leader was forced to pump his brakes to get the pads back in place, with the rear-wheel bouncing in the air he ran out of time and space to make the 90 degree right hander and was forced to run into the gravel.

Tommy Hayden Signs with YES Graves Yamaha for Remainder of 2012 AMA Daytona Sportbike Season

Tommy Hayden has signed on to race the remainder of the 2012 AMA Daytona Sportbike season with  Yamaha Extended Service Graves Yamaha after joining the team as a substitute for the injured Garrett Gerloff. Hayden joined the YES Graves Yamaha team as a last-minute replacement after Gerloff got injured in the first practice of the Daytona 200. While Gerloff continued his recovery from a broken femur suffered in the high side crash at Daytona International Speedway, Hayden has raced his way to fourth overall in the championship standings after five rounds with two podium appearances.
