Yamaha Other description

This Yamaha TTR 250 is in good running condition. A few small tears in seat otherwise ok. Bike has a clean N.Y. state title and is currently registered in my name. These street legal bikes are rare at best. I used it around town and in the woods. Very cool bike fun to ride great suspension. Front forks are not stock, they are upside down forks. 4 stroke engine w/ electric start. Super reliable bike, Never had any problems with it. Bid to win as this is a no reserve auction.

The perfect classified advert

Fri, 21 Jun 2013

Forget “One careful owner, low mileage, full service history” – when it comes to penning classifieds we can all learn from Kyle Miller and Joe Strachila who’ve plundered their marketing genius to come up with the best scooter advert we’ve ever seen. The pair, from Seattle, became an internet sensation last year when they created a hyperbole-packed ad for $700-worth of frankly rubbish 1995 Pontiac Grand-Am. Now they’ve pulled the same trick to get rid of a Y2K Yamaha SH50 (the comically-named ‘Razz’), advertising it on Cragslist as “the fulfilment of your wildest fantasies”.

Valentino Rossi Test Drives Kyle Busch’s NASCAR Toyota Camry

Tue, 23 Apr 2013

The morning after riding his Yamaha M1 to a sixth-place finish at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, nine-time Grand Prix World Champion Valentino Rossi landed in Charlotte, N.C., to race around another track; only this time there were no right turns. (UPDATED with additional photos.) Rossi met up with NASCAR racer and fellow Monster Energy-sponsored athlete Kyle Busch to ride Busch’s Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota Camry at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Busch, winner of the last three Nationwide Series races, gave Rossi a walkaround of his car before taking the Yamaha factory rider around a few laps of the Charlotte  Motor Speedway 1.5-mile oval.

Yard Built XV950 Pure Sports Channels the Yamaha FZ750

Tue, 29 Apr 2014

The latest product Yamaha Motor Europe’s Yard Built custom specials is a Star Bolt transformed into a replica of an FZ750. Dubbed the XV950 Pure Sports after the words written on the original FZ750′s fairing, the project was produced by Italy’s LowRide magazine and Radikal Chopper and styling by Oberdan Bezzi. The Star Bolt – known in Europe as the XV950 – is nearly unrecognizable in this new guise, except for its 942cc V-Twin engine.
