UP FOR BIDS IS A " NO RESERVE " 1972 YAMAHA JT2MX MINI ENDURO. THE BIKE IS ALL ORIGINAL AND COMPLETE. IT DOES HAVE SOME NEW ITEMS, NEW TIRES, LEVERS, CHAIN, SPROCKET AND NUMBER PLATE. THE BIKE IS NUMBERS MATCHING AND A VERY GOOD RESTORATION CANDITATE. IT WAS RUNNING LAST YEAR BUT IT STARTS AND DIES NOW. MAYBE A CARB ISSUE? IT HAS GREAT COMPRESSION AND SPARK. THE CLUTCH AND BRAKES WORK WELL AND IT SHIFTS PROPERLY. ALL THE CABLES ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. THE FORKS AND RIMS ARE DECENT. THE GRIPS AND PEGS ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. Yamaha Building New Factory in India
Mon, 14 May 2012Yamaha has received approval from the government of India to build a new factory in Chennai in the southern state of Tamil Nadu. Joining an existing factory near New Delhi, the new Chennai plant is expected to increase Yamaha‘s production capabilities in India to 2.8 million units a year by 2018. The new factory will be built on a 109-acre lot in Vallam Vadagal on the outskirts of Chennai.
