The bike has been gone through completely. Everything works as it should. We took it down to the frame. Just about every part was either sandblasted or prepped with a wire wheel before being primed and repainted. We lowered the ride height by lowering the front shocks and replacing the rear shock – it’s a simple swap with no cutting of the frame - lowers the ride height by about 2.5 inches. Can be restored to original ride height very easily. Currently has 4311 miles - may go up a few miles. THIS BIKE ONLY HAS 1773 MILES ON IT ,This bike has been sitting for 20 years ,it was all cleaned out before it went into storage. The engine does turn over with kick start and when we hooked up a battery to the electric start the starter engaged. The lights came on when we hooked up the battery. This bike did not start has no spark,could be points and condenser. The tires hold air ,it does have a dent in the tank ,the seat has a couple rips in it ,but it is all original and as far as i can tell it's all there. This would be a nice restoration for some one to do . You can look at the pictures if you need more let me know. I'm selling this for my son also, he doesnt want this sitting around taking up room . Yamaha Announces MT-10 And MT-10 SP For 2022
Mon, 22 Nov 2021This news should come as a surprise to nobody, but it’s still equally as exciting to finally get the official confirmation: Yamaha is bringing an updated MT-10 to the US. Maybe more exciting is the announcement that Yamaha is also bringing an MT-10 SP here as well. We reported earlier this month that a new MT-10 was coming, but at the time, the report was only confirmed for Europe.

As of this writing, the 2022 MT-10 has not been confirmed for the U.S., but we expect that will happen soon. Visually, Yamaha gave the MT-10 a styling refresh, giving it a new, less-angular face.

That includes an 889cc inline Triple and new Deltabox-style frame. As of this writing, the new 2022 Yamaha XSR900 has not been announced for the U.S., but we expect to get news on that front soon.
