I have a 2009 Yamaha r6 for sale. I am the 2nd owner. Bought this past summer, but just don't have much use for it anymore. Put brand new front and rear tires on this past August, and they have only approx 500mis on them. Bought new battery this past summer as well. Only has 9026mis on it. Stored in garage. 2012 Yamaha TMax Announced for Canada

Yamaha announced it is importing the newly updated for 2012 TMax maxi-scooter to Canada. First unveiled at the 2011 EICMA show, the 2012 Yamaha TMax received a sportier facelift and an updated 530cc engine Yamaha claims is lighter, more efficient and offers more torque at low- and mid-rpms compared to the 499cc engine found on the 2011 model. Yamaha claims the updated TMax can get up to 53 mpg, compared to the previous model’s 47 mpg claims.

It’s no secret that promoter Dorna Motorsports has been trying to push a standardized electronics control unit for teams in the MotoGP World Championship. The lack of a top-tier electronics package has been one of the biggest challenges faced by MotoGP’s claiming rule teams, and a spec ECU would narrow the gap between the CRT bikes and the factory prototypes. The manufacturers competing in the series, Honda, Ducati and Yamaha, understandably are resistant to the idea considering the effort they’ve put in to develop their electronics systems.
