Yamaha Other description

2009 YAMAHA 1100 V STAR CLASSIC, This bike has a 4 position lowering link. Pictures were taken with it at the lowest point which is 2.25 inches below factory setting. The bike is now on the floor at the factory setting. It is a very easy process to put it wherever you want.SOME MOTORCYCLES NEVER GO OUT OF STYLEYou instinctively know a great cruiser when you see one. Retro style is even cooler when it's combined with Star engineering, including an SOHC air-cooled V-twin and shaft drive. it's all right here just begging for some choice personalization.

Day 3 Dakar 2014: Barreda Maintains Overall Lead, Despres Catches Up

Tue, 07 Jan 2014

Joan Barreda won his second special stage this year and now boasts a lead of more than 13 minutes over Cyril Despres and Marc Coma, the two other beneficiaries of a particularly decisive stage. Today’s stage, part one of the first marathon stage with no team service, was characterized by the highest ever racing altitude in Dakar history. Facing the 22,841 foot summit of the Aconcagua, South America´s highest mountain, the motorcycle riders had to cross a pass over 14,107 feet in elevation in trial-like conditions.

Unfortunately retirement seems to be popular right now so with major names leaving BSB, WSB and Moto GP things will never quite be the same. I’m still in shock that Casey Stoner has decided to head back home for a spot of fishing.

Mark your calendars for February 5 and 6, 2013, as those are the dates when Bonhams — one of the world’s largest auctioneers of fine arts and antiques — will put for sale two motorcycle collections which include some incredibly rare and historic machines. The Grand Palais in Paris, France will play host to the auction, which includes the entire Garelli Grand Prix collection as its headliner. Founded in 1919, many famous Italian racers got their starts on Garelli motorcycles.
